Our Radial Plate is designed to be installed at anytime...before or after antenna installation. It has a total of 57 hole options that are threaded 1/4-20 so you don't need to worry about using any nuts of washers. It includes (24) 1/4-20 bolts. It also comes with a 1" pipe clamp, but the plate will support up to a 2" clamp depending on how you want to use it.
